andHHSaregratefulforthesefundingincreasesandwecontinuetobelievethatwehaveputthosefundstogooduseinvestigatingandprosecutinghealthcarefraud.Indeed,astheanswersbelowtothequestionsposedinyourletterdemonstrate,farfromtherebeingastagnationinhealthcarefraudprosecutions,FiscalYear2010wasarecordyearinwhich931healthcarefrauddefendantswerecharged,reflectinga16%increaseoverthepriorfiscalyear.
