Former NH LE Richard Dow almost assuredly murdered his wife Jan and adoptive son Steven 25 years ago, and he got away with it in 24 hours. As such, Karen Saffian, second wife of Richard Dow -- and Dow Murders website owner -- emailed me to help her circulate a series of letters about the ongoing willful inefficacies of NH Law Enforcement.
