The bill defines "synthetic cannabinoids" and adds salvia andsynthetic cannabinoids to the statutory list of schedule I controlledsubstances for purposes of the "Uniform Controlled Substances Act of 1992", article 18 of title 18, Colorado Revised Statutes.Synthetic cannabinoids shall not be considered medical marijuana
