March 7th, 2011
To All Readers:
From: Martin A. Armstrong
I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has stood by
me these many years. I have been informed that I will be released
on March 8th to home confinement until September 2nd, 2011. My
appeal based upon the Morrison v National Australia Bank decided
by the Supreme Court that overruled the authority to claim any
power over myself or Princeton Economics Int'l, Ltd maintained by
the New York courts, Second Circuit, will be briefed by my lawyer
‘Thomas Sjoblom in the DC Court of Appeals on May 27th. Hopefully,
we will have a decision by the end of the year since the
government has admitted on the record that nothing took place in
the USA and that any accounts in the United States were UNSECURED
and did not belong to any noteholder. So there seems to be no
dispute on the facts. Given this state of the record, there is
simply no crime. Even Goldman Sach‘s Alan Cohen's lies to the
court in 2002 claiming there were huge losses not included in the
HSBC settlement in 2002 to justify keeping me in contempt an
additional 5 years when there were none and in the end the court,
ruled I owed no restitution, has left a bad taste in the mouths
of everyone who has taken the time to read the transcipts
I wish everyone to know that while Goldman Sachs I believe
deliberately did what they did, I distinguish between personal
and national injury. I have been to the dark side of the moon and
returned. Yes, on the one hand I could let this dictate my
remaining life and seek personal retribution. However, that
offers little comfort. Instead, what I have seen is the deep
corruption that lingers through the political-financial system
that threatens the future of my family and friends. This, I will
never forget for it has become a part of me. It has opened my
eyes to things I took for granted and had never investigated.
We do not face a rich v poor confrontation in the classic sense.
Merely because someone has more than another does not create
evil. True evil is caused by those who seek to rig the game to
ensure only they win. They crossed that dividing line
distinguishing themselves from merely the rich and strolled down
that path of OLIGARCHY where one is no longer concerned merely
about money, but POWER. They want you to hate the rich and blame
the store owner, while they pull the strings of government as if
they were all marionettes in Congress. It is the OLIGARCHY that
is destroying our way of life - not the rich who seek no power.
I remain, INVICTUS, unvanquished, precisely as my Scotish Coat of
Arms makes clear.
‘Thank you for your support.
