Sales Person, JT Clayton Ltd, Bedford (June-September 2007 – Current As Needed)

• To sell high-end men’s fashion (Eden Park, Barbour, Paul & Shark), to hire wedding and occasion wear, as well as
equipping, stocking and organising the new warehouse for online sales of men’s and women’s fashions. I received
several cash bonuses, examples of which range from single-handedly managing the hire department through a busy
period to laying over 3000 carpet tiles at the firm’s new warehouse.

Clerical Officer (Bank Work) NHS, Bedford Hospital South Wing (July 2004-January 2006)

• To maintain hospital staff records on the Occupational Health Database and update starters and leavers from
several Trusts within Beds, Bucks and Herts.

• To man Reception for the Occupational Health Department, following up frequent confidential telephone
enquiries, arrange appointments around a strict schedule for all members of nursing staff whilst bringing up
relevant records on screen as required.

• As part of a team, to reorganise and reform a flawed file system containing some 5000 individual records
from numerical origin to alphabetical order.

Work experience:

Tate Consumables Limited, Luton (Spring 2006)

• Compiled a questionnaire and interviewed different levels of staff about the firm’s Induction Process and
recommended structural improvements to the Induction Process for management consideration from which
certain elements were taken and implemented.

• Attending FTSE 100 client meetings, assisting on projects and shadowing senior partners, middle tier managers
and first year intakes and gaining an insight into corporate auditing.
