El Gaitero Spanish Cider Esta sidra se elabora por métodos tradicionales con mezcla de manzanas tipicamente asturianas, atendiendo a sus caracteristicas onganolépticas y tecnolégicas (dulees, amarges y acidas) y muy apropiadas para la elaboracion de sidra por su rigueza aromélica, La side natural asi obtenida, se completa con una clarificacién, filtracién tangencial por membrana ceramica, estabilizacién biolégica mediante microfiltracién y una carbonatacién que da lugar a una sidra espumosa, con formacién de rosarios de gran finura en las burbujas, proporcionando una perfecta conjuncién de aromas y sabores. “El Gaitero Spanish Cider” is elaborated by traditional methods mixing cider apples. The process is completed by a clarification, tangential filtration by ceramic membrane, biological stabilization by means of microfiltraion and an addition of CO2. The final product is a sparkling cider, with slightly persistent foam, very fine and continuous bubbles and a perfect conjunction of flavours and aromas.
