 Knowledge diffusion. A complex adaptive system in nature
 Knowledge Economics and how it is used to justify a KM project or operation

 The difference between soft knowledge management technology and hard knowledge
management technology.
 The concept of meta-knowledge and apply them to your work environment
 Results and impact of KM. How to measure knowledge management itself
