In order to improve the delivery of services and to address better the welfare and benefits package for DepEd teaching and non-teaching employees, the Task Force on Welfare and Benefit Package (TFWBP) that will conduct a study on a comprehensive welfare and benefit package for DepEd officials, teachers and administrative support staff is created and constituted as follows: Chairman Undersecretary Francisco M. The Employees Welfare and Benefits Division (EWBD) shall provide secretariat services to this task force. 3. _ The task force shall review the existing welfare and benefit package available to DepEd teaching and non-teaching employees and shall come up with new packages relevant to their emerging needs, including the possibility of providing health insurance coverage. 4. All expenses relative to the activities of the task force shall be charged to OSEC funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5. _ Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
