Covrigei sarati
Ingrediente :
1 kg faina, 200 g margarina, 200 g untura, 3 oua, 1 lingurita sare,drojdie, 1 lingura smintina, lapte cit cuprinde
Preparare :
Drojdia se pune la dospit cu putina sare si putin zahar (va creste involum). Faina se freaca intre miini cu margarina si untura, apoi seadauga 1 ou, drojdia, smintina, sare si laptele. luatul trebuie sa fiemai tare. Laptele se pune atit cit sa faca aluatul sa se adune dar sanu se lipeasca de platou. Se framinta si se intinde o foaie groasade jumatate de deget. Se fac covrigei cu o forma, se aseaza in tavasi se ung cu ou batut. Se coc pe gratarul din mijloc, la foc mic,pina cind se rumenesc usor. Din aceasta compozitie vor iesi 5 tavide covrigei.

Cartofi taranesti
Ingrediente :
6-8 cartofi potriviti, 2 cepe, 2-3 ardei grasi, concentrat pentrusupa, boia dulce
Preparare :
Se fierb cartofii curatati si taiati cuburi, in apa cu sare, pina cindsint aproape gata. Se incinge ulei intr-o tigaie mare si se dinstuiela foc potrivit doua cepe taiate marunt. Se adauga sare, concentratde supa si boia si ardeii grasi taiati. Se adauga cartofii si seamesteca bine. Se mai lasa citeva minute. Se pot servi ca atare, cuo salata asortata sau ca garnitura la fripturi simple de pui, porc.
