1. Observe three people this week and write about their behaviors/mannerisms.
2. What is Bipolar Disorder and explain the difference between the sub-types.
Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder in which patients are afflicted with both manic and
depressive episodes or with manic episodes alone.

3. Identify one patient who has this diagnosis and elaborate on their signs and symptoms.
4. Discuss something interesting that happened here at Syosset this week.
5. Discuss something you would like to work on next week.
