Directions to Forum
Shadagee Lane is a right turn off Seward Ave. At the
entrance to the Shadagee Apartments complex is a sign
announcing the complex. The community room, a long
single story, is the first building on the left. Enter through
the first door of the building.

From the South (Farmington, Strong), take Rt. 4 to


Phillips. Pleasant Street is the first right (to the East) past
the Avon Town Office which will be on the left (West) and
300 feet short of the right turn (to the East) onto Pleasant
Street. On Pleasant Street, and within 50', turn left (to the
North) onto Dodge Road then 300 ft later, take the right

(to the East) onto Seward Ave.

From the West (Weld), take the 142 Phillips Road to Rt


4, then turn right (to the South) onto Rt 4, where you will
be approaching Phillips from the North.

From the North (Rangeley), Pleasant street is 300 feet


past Edmunds Grocery, which will be on the left (to the
East) with the turn onto Pleasant street being to the left
(East). On Pleasant Street, and within 50', turn left (to the
North) onto Dodge Road then 300 ft later, take the right
(to the East) onto Seward Ave.

From the East (Kingfield, Carrabassett), take the 142


Salem Road into Phillips, where as you enter town you will
see a Camden Bank Branch Office on a rise to the South
above a "Y" intersection: Dodge Road & 149. Take the
right (West) fork of the "Y" onto Dodge Road continuing
past the cemetery on the left (to the East), then take the
next left (East) onto Seward Ave.
