Hereinafter called as OWNER of one part and

Hereinafter called as TENANT of the other part (which term shall mean and include their legal heirs,
executors, representatives, administrators and assigns)
Whereas the OWNER is the absolute OWNER of the schedule premises situated at (address where owner
stays), whereas the TENANT who is in need of an accommodation, has approached and requested the owner to
let out the said premises on a monthly rental basis and the OWNER hereby agrees to do so under the following
terms and conditions (contd., on page2).
