Meeting called to order at 12:05 pm.
Thanks to Karl French and Nicky Bruckhardt for arranging SAC meeting space while the DuPontRoom was being renovated.2.
December meeting minutes were approved as written.3.
Coat Drive. Karl French stated he submitted requests for publicity to radio stations. Dorms,frats and sororities have donation boxes and are having a contest. Campus Life has donated aprize. A box is now in Ammi Hyde building. If you see a bin that is full, call Karl at 12121 toempty it and put the donations in storage until they can be transported to the Denver RescueMission. Nicky stated the drive will be announced at hockey and basketball games thisweekend. Receipts can be obtained
there is a link to the Denver Rescue Mission on theSAC web site. Volunteers may be needed to take items to the Mission. Final pickup will beon Monday, January 21 st. Stephanie would like us to inventory the items to get a volume
comparison to last year’s drive, whi
ch was 3 carloads.
