1. Sponsor:
The Sweet Factory *BIRTHDAY BASH* Video Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by
Sweet Factory.
2. Prizes:
The Best Overall grand prize will Win a Prize Worth $1200.00! A FREE membership to
the „Candy of the Month Club‟.
Winners will receive a $100 assortment of seasonalcandy each month for one year, if your video is chosen and featured onwww.sweetfactory.com . How? Just submit a video clip of a birthday party(any age)where candy is served and you are having a blast with it by April 15

, 2011. Be funny and creative! We are looking for off-the-wall characters! Good Luck and have FUN!
3. Winner Determination:
One (1) entry with the most votes will be the Grand Prize Winner. If a tie occurs amongtwo (2) or more contestants, the Sponsor and/or the Administrator will choose thewinner at random from all the contestants whose votes end in a tie. Winners will benotified via Facebook on or before April 30, 2011.
4. Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 yearsof age or older as of the start of the Contest Period (defined below), and who did not
2purchase any merchandise for purposes of entering this Contest. Employees, officers,directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor or Administrator, and each of theirrespective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers,advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, anyone else connected with the production
and distribution of this Contest (hereafter “Released Parties”) and their immediate
families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of wherethey reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are noteligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
5. Contest Period:
The Contest Period begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on March 22, 2011and ends at 11:59:59 AM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, April 15, 2011.
Administrator‟s computer is the official time
-keeping device for this Contest. Judgingwill commence on or before April 15, 2011. Winners will be notified on or before April30, 2011. Sponsor reserves the right to notify winners prior to April 15, 2011.
6. How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. In order to enter the contest, you must first “LIKE” us on
Facebook, then upload your video to our page or provide a link to your YouTubechannel. Videos can be uploaded via Facebook or YouTube. Enter during the ContestPeriod by visiting or www.facebook.com/SweetFactoryOfficial.
Simply create a video demonstrating your birthday party enjoying candy! The videomust be a minimum of :60 seconds. The first :90 seconds of longer videos will bejudged. By submitting a video, each entrant expressly accepts and, to be eligible for aprize, must comply with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Termsand Conditions of Submission set forth in Section 7 hereof. In the event a video does notcomply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in itssole discretion, such video entry will be void. http://www.youtube.com/static?gl=US&template=terms.Sponsor is notresponsible for entries that are removed by Facebook or YouTube for reasons thatviolate their Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or do
not comply with Facebook‟s
technical specifications.By entering, you understand that your entry may be posted on
3http://www.youtube.com/user/SweetFactoryCo for consumers to view (unless yourentry is deemed not to be eligible, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in itssole discretion). Videos which are deemed inappropriate will not be published to thepublic and will be automatically disqualified.Videos must be in a format acceptable for posting on Facebook or Youtube. Videos mustnot exceed two minutes in length. Entries that exceed two minutes may not be reviewed
by the Judges (defined herein) or considered for the prize, at Sponsor‟s and/orAdministrator‟s sole discretion. Videos
must be in English.Limit one (1) submission per individual. Entries that appear to duplicate any other
submitted entries may be voided in Sponsor‟s and/or Administrator‟s sole discretion
and only the first entry submitted (based on time/date) will be included in the Contest.The name of the authorized individual associated with any given email address will bedeemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The entrant may berequired by Sponsor to show proof of submission.Automated, script, macro or robotic entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

RIGHTS TO ENTRIES: By submitting a Video Entry, each entrant:a. Irrevocably grants to the Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditionaland perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode,store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify,create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the Video Entry and/or PhotoEntry as-is or as-
edited (with or without using the entrant‟s name) in any media
throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additionalreview, compensation, or approval from the entrant or any other party.b. Forever waives any rights of copyrights, trademark rights, privacy rights, and any
other legal or moral rights that may preclude the Sponsor‟s use of the Video Entry and/or Photo Entry, or require the entrant‟s permission for the Sponsor to use the Video
Entry and/or Photo Entry.c. Agrees not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuitagainst the Sponsor on the grounds that any use of the Video Entry and/or Photo Entry,
or any derivative works, infringes any of the entrant‟s rights as creator of the Video
