These recipes accompany the George Washington Today story "Top Chefs: José Andrés, Todd Gray, Spike Mendelsohn and Nora Pouillon to speak at GW March 29" (http://gwtoday.gwu.edu/aroundcampus/topchefs), which ran on the GW website on March 24, 2011. The chefs crafted the healthy and easy-to-prepare recipes -- which include watermelon-and-tomato skewers; grilled flank steak wraps with farmstead cheese, avocado and market Romaine leaves; peanut rice salad; and "stacked with the good stuff" sirloin burgers -- for the GW community.
