ΤΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ Η ΜΑΣΩΝΙΑ;

Ἡ Μασωνία, ὅπως πολλές φορές γράψαμε στά “Πνευματικά Θησαυρίσματα” ἔχει πολεμήσει φοβερά τήν
Ἐκκλησία του Χριστοῦ εἰς τόν αἰῶνα μας. Καί μόνον τό νεοημερολογιτικόν σχίσμα πού ἐδημιούργησε μέ τήν
εἰσαγωγή τοῦ Παπικοῦ Ἑορτολογίου εἶναι ἱκανό νά μᾶς κάνη νά καταλάβουμε τό μέγεθος της ὑπουλότητος τῆς
Μασωνίας.

Τελευταῖα ὅπως διαβάσαμε στόν τύπο, ὁ “Μέγας Διδάσκαλος” τῆς Στοᾶς τῶν Μασόνων Χρῆστος Μανέας, εἶπε
τό Σύμβολο τῆς Πίστεως σέ νεοημερολογίτικο Ναό. Τοῦτο ἀποτελεῖ ἀπόδειξιν, ὅτι ὁ νεοημερολογιτισμός
ἀνέχεται τόν Μασονισμόν καί ὅτι ὑπάρχει μυστική ἐσωτερική διασύνδεσις τῆς Μασωνίας μετά μελῶν τῆς
νεοημερολογιτικῆς Ἐκκλησίας.

Πολλοί ὅμως ἀγνοοῦν τί εἶναι ἡ Μασωνία. Γι’ αὐτό στό ἄρθρο αὐτό θά γράψουμε γενικά τινά περί Μασωνίας.
Ἐγράφησαν στά πλαίσια τῶν ἀντιαιρετικῶν ὁμιλιῶν.

Τί εἶναι ἡ Μασωνία;

Η Μασωνία εἶναι μιά μυστική σκοτεινή διεθνής θρησκευτική ὀργάνωση στήν ὑπηρεσία τοῦ Σιωνισμοῦ.
Ἰσχυρίζεται ὅτι εἶναι ἵδρυμα “πρός εὐόδωσιν ἔργων εὐποιϊας, ἰδία δέ περιθάλψεως ἐνδεῶν καί μορφώσεως
ἀπόρων παίδων”. Αὐτός εἶναι ὁ λόγος πού κατατάσσεταῖ στίς μυστικές σκοτεινές δυνάμεις, γιατί ἐνώ
ἰσχυρίζεται ὅτι εἶναι φιλανθρωπική ὀργάνωση στήν πραγματικότητα εἶναι θρησκευτική ἀναβίωση τῶν ἀρχαίων
εἰδωλολατρικῶν μυστηρίων, εἶναι δηλαδή ὄχι μονάχα θρησκεία ἀλλά καί ἀντιχριστιανική.

Τά στοιχεῖα ἐκεῖνα πού συνιστοῦν τό θρησκευτικό χαρακτήρα τοῦ Μασονισμοῦ μποροῦν νά συνοψιστοῦν ὡς
ἑξῆς:

I.- Ὅπως ὅλες ὁι θρησκεῖες, ἔχει καί ὁ Μασονισμός τούς δικούς τοῦ τόπους λατρείας, τίς στοές, πού δέν εἶναι
παρά ναοί μέ βωμούς, θυμιάματα, λαμπάδες.
II.- Ἔχει δικές του τελετές μέ λατρευτικό περιεχόμενο, ὅπως εἶναι ἡ τελετή τῆς υἱοθεσίας λυκιδέως, πού
ἀντιστοιχεῖ μέ τό χριστιανικό βάπτισμα, ἡ τελετή τῆς συζικῆς ἀναγνωρίσεως, πού εἶναι κάτι ἀνάλογο μέ τό
μυστήριο τοῦ γάμου, τό τεκτονικό μνημόσυνο, τά εγκαίνια τοῦ τεκτονικοῦ ναοῦ.
III.- Ἔχει δικά του τελετουργικά τυπικά καί δικούς τοῦ “ἱερεῖς” τούς μασόνους ἐκείνους πού ἔχουν προχωρήσει
στά διάφορα στάδια τῆς μυήσεως.
IV.- Ὑπάρχουν μασόνοι, οἱ ὁποῖοι σέ δημοσιεύματά τους ἔχουν ὁμολογήσει, ὅτι ὁ Μασονισμός ἀποτελεῖ
θρησκεία, τήν ὁποία μάλιστα χαρακτηρίζουν ὡς “τήν μεγαλυτέραν θρησκείαν” “παγκόσμιον θρησκείαν” κ.τ.λ.

Λέγεται καί Τεκτονισμός ἤ Ἐλευθεροτεκτονισμός, γιατί ἔχει τήν ἀρχή του στά σωματεῖα τῶν Τεκτόνων
(οἰκοδόμων ἤ Massones) τοῦ Μεσαίωνα. Αὐτά ἦταν κλειστές ὀργανώσεις πού εἶχαν μεταξύ τους μυστικά
σημεῖα, γιά νά ἀναγνωρίζονται καί νά ὑποστηρίζονται. Ἔτσι ἔχει κληρονομήσει ἕναν κλειστό καί μυστικό
χαρακτήρα. Τά μέλη του τά δεσμεύει μέ πολλούς ὅρκους για νά μή φανερώσουν τά μυστικά του. Ὁ υποψήφιος
μασόνος ὁρκίζεται νά τηρήσει ἀπόλυτη σιγή γιά ὅσα θά δεῖ καί θά ἀκούσει μέ ὅρκους σάν τόν ἀκόλουθο:
“Ὁρκίζομαι οὐδέποτε νά ἀποκαλύψω τά μυστήρια τοῦ βαθμοῦ τούτου (18ος ἀπό τούς 33), νά τηρήσω δέ
αὐστηρῶς τούς νόμους καί τούς κανονισμούς τοῦ Τάγματος, ὑπακούων τυφλῶς”. Δέν περιορίζεται ὅμως μόνο
στούς ὅρκους, ἀλλά ἀπειλεῖ καί μέ τιμωρία, ἄν ἀποκαλυφθεῖ κάτι. Κατά τό τυπικό τοῦ Α’ βαθμοῦ μυήσεως ὁ
ὑποψήφιος στέκεται στό μέσο δύο μασόνων, πού κρατοῦν ξίφη καί ὁ μασόνος ἰερέας λέει: “Τά ξίφη ταῦτα
φέρουσι ἐχθροί ἄσπονδοι τοῦ ψεύδους, ἕτοιμοι νά βυθίσωσι τοῦτο καί κατά σοῦ, ἄν ποτέ παραβῆς τάς
ὑποσχέσεις σου”.

Πρέπει νά τονισθεῖ ὅμως καί ἡ ἀντιχριστιανικότητα τῆς Μασονικῆς διδασκαλίας, πού σκοπός της εἶναι ἡ
ἄρνηση τῆς θεότητας τοῦ Ἰ. Χριστοῦ, σύμφωνα μέ τήν ἑβραϊκή διδασκαλία, ὅτι ὁ Χριστός δέν εἶναι ὁ Υἱός καί
Λόγος τοῦ Θεοῦ, ὅπως τόν πιστεύει ἡ Ὀρθοδοξία καί ὅτι εἶναι ἀπλά ἕνας μεγάλος δάσκαλος, ὅπως ὁ
Σωκράτης, ὁ Προμηθέας, ὁ Μωϋσῆς, ὁ Βούδας. Στό βιβλίο τοῦ μαθητοῦ, πού εἶναι τό ἀλφαβητάριο τῆς
Μασονίας γράφεται: “Ὁ τεκτονισμός εἶναι ἡ συνέχεια τῶν Ἀρχαιοτάτων Μυστηρίων τῆς Ἀσίας, τῆς Αἰγύπτου
καί τῆς Ἑλλάδος καί ἔχει τούς ἴδιους μέ ἐκεῖνο σκοποὐς καί προορισμό... Ὁ σημερινός τέκτων γνωρίζει καλά
ὅτι ἡ μὐησίς του στά τεκτονικά μυστήρια τόν ἔκαμε τέκτονα ὅμοιο μέ τόν Ποσειδῶνα καί τόν Ἀπόλλωνα καί τόν
Ἀμφίωνα καί τό Χριστό”. Οἱ Μασόνοι ὅμως ἀρνοῦνται καί τήν Ἁγία Τριάδα. Στόν “Πυθαγόρα” τοῦ 1885
γράφονται τά ἑξῆς: “Ὁ Χριστός.... οὐδέποτε ὡμίλησε περί τῆς Χριστιανικῆς Τριάδος, ἥτις ἄλλως δέν θά ἦτο
ἄλλο, εἰ μή ἀπομίμησις τῆς Τριάδος τῶν Ἰνδιῶν, τῶν Χαλδαίων ἤ τῶν Αἰγυπτίων. Ἡ Χριστιανική τριάς εἶναι
ἱερατική ἐπινόησις”. Οἱ μασονικές ἀρχές εἶναι κράμα ἀρχαίων εἰδωλολάτρικῶν μυστηρίων, θρησκευτικῶν
αἱρέσεων καί ἑβραϊκῶν στοιχείων. Γι’ αὐτό καί ἔχει χαρακτήρα συγκρητιστικό μέ πανθεϊστικές τάσεις.

Στό τυπικό τοῦ 30ου βαθμοῦ τῆς Μασονίας διδάσκεται ἡ αἵρεση τοῦ θρησκευτικοῦ συγκρητισμοῦ καί
σπείρεται ἡ ἀμφιβολία γιά τήν άλήθεια τοῦ Χριστιανισμοῦ πού τίθεται στήν ἴδια γραμμή μέ τίς ἄλλες
θρησκεῖες: “Ἕτερον πόρισμα τῆς διδασκαλίας ἡμῶν εἶναι ὅτι πάντα τά μεταφυσικά συστήματα τείνουσι νά
φθάσωσι προς τήν ἀπόλυτον πραγματικότητα, οὐδέν ἐν τούτοις δύναται νά εἴπη ὅτι κατέχει τήν τελικήν καί
πλήρη ἀλήθειαν”.

Επίσης σύμφωνα μέ τό Τυπικό τοῦ 18ου βαθμοῦ γίνεται βεβήλωση τῆς Μ. Πέμπτης μέ ὑποχρεωτικό γεῦμα στή
Στοά, ὅπου σέ Τράπεζα σέ σχῆμα σταυροῦ “παρατίθεται ὁλόκληρος ἀμνός ἐψημένος”. Ἡ ὅλη αὐτή τελετή (ἡ
ὥρα καί μέρανύχτα τῆς Μ. Πέμπτης - ἡ κατανάλωση κρέατος σε μέρα μεγάλης νηστείας, ἡ τέλεση τοῦ σημείου
τοῦ σταυροῦ ἀπό τούς συνδαιτημόνες μέ τό ποτήρι τοῦ κρασιοῦ - ἀσεβής ἀπεικόνιση τῆς Θείας Κοινωνίας.)
εἶναι σατανική, ἀπαράδεκτη γιά ὀρθόδοξους χριστιανούς μέλη τῆς Ἐκκλησίας. Δυστυχῶς ὡς Μασῶνοι
ἀναφέρονται καί οἱ Πατριάρχες Κων/πόλεως: Βασίλειος ὁ Γ’, Μελέτιος Μεταξάκης, Ἀθηναγόρας κι’ ὁ
Ἀλεξανδρείας Φώτιος. Οἱ Ἀρχιεπίσκοποι Ἀθηνών: Χρύσανθος Δωρόθεος, Χρυσόστομος. Οἱ Μητροπολίτες:
Σάμου Εἰρηναῖος, Κεφαλληνίας Δόριζας, Καστοριᾶς Ἰωακείμ, Παριναξίας Χερουβείμ καί “οὐκ ὀλίγοι” ἄλλοι
(“Τεκτονικό Δελτίο” ὑπ’ ἀριθ. 74-75/1967 σελ. 301 καί ὑπ’ ἀριθ. 90/1970).

Τέλος, ὁ Μασονισμός διδάσκει ὅτι ή ἐλευθερία σκέψεως καί συνειδήσεως εἶναι ὕπατο ἀγαθό. Καί ὅμως
κανένας λόγος δέν ἐκφωνεῖται στίς μασονικές στοές, ἄν προηγουμένος δέν ἐγκριθεῖ ἀπό κάποιον ἀνώτερο.
Οὔτε ἐπιτρέπουν καμιά δημοσίευση πάνω σέ μασονικά θέματα χωρίς ἔγγραφη ἄδεια. Πώς λοιπόν
συμβιβάζεται ἡ ἐλευθερία τῆς σκέψεως μέ τήν λογοκρισία αὐτῆ; Καί πού ὑπάρχει ἐλευθερία συνείδησης,
ὅταν ἐκεῖνως πού μυεῖται στή Μασονία δεσμεύει μέ ὅρκο τή συνείδησή του καί μάλιστα πρίν νά δεῖ καί νά
ἀκούσει;

Γίνεται λόγος καί γιά ἰσότητα. Ἀπο τό Μασονισμό ὅμως ἀποκλείονται οἱ γυναῖκες, οἱ μαῦροι, οἱ ἀμόρφωτοι, οἱ
φτωχοί.

Γενικά ὁ Μασονισμός ἀποτελεῖ θρησκευτικοῦ χαρακτῆρα σύστημα τοῦ ὁποίου ἡ μυστικότητα δέ συμβιβάζεται
μέ μιά ἐποχή ὅπως ἡ δική μας πού ἀπαιτεῖ φῶς καί διάλογο.

Εἶναι ἕνα ἀντίχριστο σύστημα, κατασκεύασμα τῶν ἀντιθέων Ἑβραίων. Τό κατασκεύασαν μέ ἕνα καί μοναδικό
σκοπό. Νά ἀφανίσουν τήν Χριστιανικήν Πίστιν.

WHAT IS MASONRY?

Masonry, as we have written many times in “Πνευματικά Θησαυρίσματα” (“Spiritual Treasures”), has frightfully
fought the Church of Christ in our century. And only the New Calendarist schism which it created, with the
introduction of the Papist Calendar, suffices to make us understand the extent of the underhandedness of
Masonry.

As we have recently read in the press, the “Great Teacher” of the Masonic Lodge, Christos Maneas, recited the
Creed in a New Calendarist Church. This is proof that New Calendarism tolerates Masonry and that there exists
a secret internal connection between Masonry and the members of the New Calendar Church.

However, many are ignorant about what Masonry is. Because of this, in this article we will write a general
description of Masonry. It has been written in the framework of an anti-heretical speech.

What is Masonry?

Masonry is a secret, dark, international religious organization in the service of Zionism. It claims that it is an
institution “for the fulfillment of good deeds, mainly of the care of the poor and the education of poor children”.
This is the reason that it is classified with the secret dark powers, because while it claims to be a philanthropic
organization, in reality it is a religious revival of the ancient pagan mysteries, therefore it is not only a religion, but
also anti-Christian.

The evidence which constitutes the religious character of Masonry can be summarized as follows:

I.- As with all religions, Masonry has its own places of worship, its lodges, which are not different from temples
with altars, incense, and candles.
II.- It has its own ceremonies with worshipful content, like the ceremony of υἱοθεσίας λυκιδέως ["adoption of the
small wolf" - signifies candidate's entry into Masonry]. which is equivalent to the Christian baptism, the ceremony
of spousal recognition, which is something analogous to the mystery of marriage, the Masonic memorial, the
inauguration of the Masonic temple.
III.- It has its own ceremonial typikons and its own “priests” – those masons who have advanced to the different
degrees of initiation.
IV.- There exist masons, who have confessed in their publications, that Masonry is a religion, which they even
characterize as “the largest religion”, “worldwide religion”, etc.

It is (also) called Masonry or Freemasonry, because it has its origin in the guilds of Masons (buildings or
Massones) of the middle ages. These were closed organizations which had among themselves secret signs, in
order to recognize and support each other. Thus it has inherited a closed and secret character. It binds its
members with many oaths so that they don’t reveal their secrets. The Masonic candidate swears to keep
absolute silence about everything he will see and hear with oaths such as the following: “I swear to never reveal
the mysteries of this degree (18th of the 33), to strictly observe the laws and regulations of the Order, I obey
blindly”. However, he is not confined only to the oaths, but he is threatened with punishment, if he reveals
something. According to the typikon of the 1st degree of initiation, the candidate stands between two masons,
who hold swords, and the Masonic priest says: “These swords are irreconcilable enemies of the liar, ready to
sink into him and you, if you ever break your promises”.

However, the anti-Christian teaching of Masonry must also be stressed, whose target is the denial of the divinity
of Jesus Christ, similar to the Jewish teaching, that Christ is not the Son and Word of God, as Orthodoxy
believes, and that he is simply a big teacher, like Socrates, Prometheus, Moses, or Buddha. In the student’s
book, which is the primer of Masonry, is written: “Masonry is the continuation of the Most Ancient Mysteries of
Asia, Egypt, and Greece, and has the same aim and purpose… Today’s mason recognizes well that his initiation
in the Masonic mysteries has made him a mason similar to Poseidon and Apollo and Amphion and Christ”. But
the Masons also deny the Holy Trinity. In “Pythagoras” of 1885 the following is written: “Christ…. never spoke
about the Christian Trinity, which otherwise would be nothing but a mere imitation of the Trinity of the Indians, the
Chaldeans, or the Egyptians. The Christian Trinity is a priestly invention”. The Masonic beginnings are a mixture
of the ancient pagan mysteries, religious heresies, and Jewish rudiments. Because of this it has a syncretistic
character with pantheistic tendencies.

The typikon of the 30th degree of Masonry teaches the heresy of religious syncretism and sows ambivalence
about the truth of Christianity, which is put on the same line with the other religions: “Another conclusion of our
teaching is that metaphysical systems always tend to reach towards absolute reality, it is not possible for any of
these to say that it has the final and whole truth”.

Also, in accordance with the typikon of the 18th degree, a profanation of Great Thursday occurs, with a required
meal at the Lodge, where at a table in the shape of a cross “an entire cooked lamb is presented”. This whole
ceremony (the time and entire day of Great Thursday – the consumption of meat on a great fasting day, the
performance of the sign of the cross by the fellow diners with the cup of wine – disrespectful representation of
Holy Communion) is satanic, unacceptable for Orthodox Christians, members of the Church. Unfortunately, even
Patriarchs of Constantinople are referred to as Masons: Basil the 3rd, Meletios Metaxakis, Athenagoras and
Photios of Alexandria. The Archbishops of Athens: Chrysanthos, Dorotheos, Chrysostom. The Metropolitans:
Irinaios of Samos, Dorizas of Kefallonia, Joachim of Kastoria, Cherubim of Parinaxias, and “not a few” others
(“Masonic Bulletin” # 74-75/1967 p. 301, # 90/1970).

Finally, Masonry teaches that free thought and conscience are the highest virtue. But also no speech is
delivered in the Masonic Lodges, if it has not been approved beforehand by someone higher. Neither do they
allow any publication on Masonic themes without written permission. How then is freedom of thought reconciled
with this censorship? And where does freedom of conscience exist, when he who is initiated into Masonry binds
his conscience by oath even before he sees and ears anything?

There is also mention about equality. But women, blacks, the uneducated, and the poor are excluded from
Masonry.

In general Masonry consists of a religious character, a system whose secrecy is not reconciled with any age like
ours which demands knowledge and dialogue.

It is an antichrist system, a concoction of the anti-God Jews. They manufactured it for one sole purpose. To
annihilate the Christian Faith.
