Billboard Advertising Agreement

This agreement between the Dearborn Heights Chamber of Commerce and

____________________________________________________ (Member Business)

is to acknowledge the semi–contractual commitment of:

The purchase of one block (3 1/3’ by 3 1.3’) of nine blocks offered on the
advertising space of the Telegraph / Hass billboard with the Dearborn Heights
Chamber of Commerce.

The terms are as stated:

Time frame: Three month minimum commitment

Cost: $100.00 per month ($300.00 total) with a $150.00 payment due with signed
contract and $150.00 balance due upon installation of billboard.

All logos will be sent to Geisken Outdoor Advertising at giesken@q1.net upon

acceptance of the first nine inquiries received. If $150.00 initial payment is not
received at the DHCC office by November 20, 2009 the spot will be offered to
the next interested party in the corresponding order of respondents.
