Government agents now believe
that Dr Beltran, a respected and
honoured genetic scientist, was
involved in a terrorist plot to
distribute weaponised chemical
weapons. Police spokesm:
Detective Martin Lopez.
revealed last night: “While the
body is clean of chemical
substanees, contained or
otherwise, we are now certain
that Dr. Beltran’s murder was
the result of his involvement in a
terrorist cell.
Investigators are working hard to
trace the origins of $1 million
USD which was recently
deposited into Dr. Beltran’s
accounts,
“We currently have just one

Francisco on the morning of Dt

Biotech Institute who wishes to
remain unnamed, said: “PJ and
