Typical food in Colombia

Colombian food is very diverse and varied on the different regions. For example,
Bogota´s Colombians eat ajiaco but Barranquilla´s Colombians don’t eat ajiaco
much, they eat arepa with egg

Now they will talk them about recipes of food Colombians

CHICKEN WITH RICE


Preparation:
Step 1: Cook for 10 minutes in pressure cooker chicken in water with two bouillon
cubes, 1 onion, 2 garlic and cumin. Remove chicken and the broth to cook the rice,
stop sweating.
Step 2: Sauté the garlic with finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent, add
chopped pepper, a pinch of cumin and a few drops of soy sauce. When the sauce
is ready add the chopped sausage
Step 3: In addition to Cook the vegetables in salted water, diced carrots, beans and
peas, when they are ready to add to the sausage sauce. Step 4: Cut the chicken,
pull apart or separate them with hand sand add to sauce. Add the sauce with all
ingredients to rice, stir well and finally put tomato sauce or ketchup mix again.
Step 5: Serve in drums on a bed of lettuce along with slices of bread and chopped
tomatoes seasoned with salt and oil.

BLASTED PATATOES

Ingredients

1. one kilogram of potatoes 4. fifty grams of cheese

2. two hundred fifty grams of tomato 5. two tablespoons cornstarch k

3. two hundred fifty grams of onion 6. parsley and salt

Development

I wash the potatoes; boil with salt for twenty-five

Minutes And remove potatoes and peel.. Now I Fry the onions
I put chopped tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes and add water and boil, I take two
tablespoons
cornstarch and stir for teen Minutes..

Now

serve with salsa and grated cheese… Nice
