Hello Members of the Impact Investing Community,

We wanted to share with you some exciting news regarding advancing the topic of impact
investing within top MBA programs. On April 8th, the inaugural International Impact
Investing Challenge will launch at J.P. Morgan’s headquarters in NYC. The challenge has
invited students from twelve MBA program to propose novel investment vehicles that will
be of interest to institutional investors. As a prominent voice in the impact investing
community, we would like to invite you to be our guest at the final event. Starting at 2pm
the four finalists will present their concepts. After the presentations there will be an
awards reception, which will provide ample opportunity to connect with peers who are also
passionate about advancing the field of impact investing. If you are interested in attending,

International Impact Investing Challenge:
Innovative MBA Competition Marries Financial Investments and Sustainable Impact
Upcoming competition hosted by Kellogg School of Management and Johnson Graduate
School of Management challenges next generation investors on sustainable impact investing

The Kellogg School of Management and Johnson Graduate School of Management invite
you to attend the 2011 International Impact Investing Challenge on Friday, April 8 at the
J. P. Morgan Headquarters at 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017.

The Kellogg and Johnson Schools have invited 12 MBA programs to participate in the
Challenge, and these teams will convene in New York City in April for a one-day
competition at the J.P. Morgan headquarters. A panel of experienced investors and senior
officers who currently manage family foundations, pension funds, and university
endowments will review the teams’ pitches. Emphasis will be placed on creative strategies
that integrate environmental, social or corporate governance (ESG) issues into the investment
process, and more than $40,000 in prizes will be awarded to the winning teams.

The International Impact Investing Challenge is sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation, J.P. Morgan, the McCall Foundation, Equilibrium Capital Group, the Calvert
Foundation, Impact Assets, and the Milken Institute.
