Who will see +1 results
Several criteria will determine who will see +1 results:-
Users must be signed in with a Google account, and then create a profile-
+1’s currently only appear for queries and listings in English-
For people using Internet Explorer, they must use version 8 or later-
Users must then have friends through Google services who are using the right browsers, signedinto Google, and using +1
What’s new with +1
+1 is an evolution of a feature Google already rolled out, where it notes which organic listings havebeen shared by users’ friends through various social sites listed in their profiles. In the example below, the searcher is connected to Susan, Mike and Danny through several Googleservices, and the friends’ actions are highlighted below search results. What’s new is that as users +1results, including paid listings, the rankings of results will change, making this far more impactful, anda big step beyond what any major search engine has done to date.
