Since its inception, AEZ has truly grown into the West Coast’s premier south Asian professional organizationand is expanding across America and ultimately, across the globe. We are well respected throughout thecampus, community, and professional spectrum because of our professional and social ventures and thesuccesses of our brothers in the corporate world. Our 23 active members and 20 inactive members have beenhand selected from an educationally diverse pool of the finest students at one of America’s most prestigiousuniversities. Every member strives to reach the highest levels of educational, professional, and social successand is given the tools to do so by Alpha Epsilon Zeta. This can be more clearly displayed than through theaccomplishments of our young alumni thriving in the realms of corporate finance, engineering, medicine, law,and higher education.By sponsoring Alpha Epsilon Zeta, you are supporting a socially conscious organization that is dedicated toadvancing the local and global communities as much as its own members. We have shown great support forglobal health organizations, such as the Sankara Eye Foundation, which provides free eye surgery to the blindin India, and Global Medical Brigades, which sets up medical facilities in countries where health care is notaccessible to the population. We also contribute to the local community through high school outreachprograms that serve to educate students about going to college and assist with the application process.

Alpha Epsilon Zeta fraternity subjects prospective members to a highly selective screening processin order to uphold and preserve the highest standard of academic and professional excellence. A striking feature of AEZ, manifested in the resume book, is our exceptionally rich diversity. AEZ represents the bestand brightest across the whole spectrum of majors and career paths ranging from engineering to businessmanagement. The heterogeneous skill base defining AEZ will complement the multifaceted collection of needs and responsibilities that frame your organization. The common thread that ties the unique individualsof AEZ together is the ability to channel our internal drive towards effecting positive change in multiplerealms. Our members proactively translate theoretical knowledge and credentials into meaningful action by playing leadership roles in the community. Fueled by an insatiable desire to make a difference in the broader world, the brothers of AEZ take the initiative and risk to explore uncharted frontiers and spearhead new program including student-run classes and campus organizations. The resume book succinctly encapsulatesthe achievements and accomplishments of our brothers. The resume book will personalize the connection between your organization and the individual brothers of AEZ. The book will contain the resumes of every single active member and alumni in AEZ and will beupdated on a semester basis. Professional Reality Forums

The brothers of AEZ hold a professional event every semester known as a Professional Reality Forum, orPRF. Each PRF focuses on a specific industry and attracts the most successful leaders from that sector. Theforum centers on one or more controversial issue in the sector and fosters a conversation between industry leaders and the campus community. Previous forum topics have included the emergence of Web 2.0, AthleticRepresentation, choosing a PhD or medical school when pursuing a career in medicine, and obtaining Venture Capitalist funding. They serve to connect students to the professional world that awaits them oncethey graduate by addressing students’ most pressing questions about a selected industry with answers fromthe most respected minds in the professional worldOur forums, by attracting hundreds of students from diverse educational backgrounds across the UC Campusand surrounding community, serve as an excellent opportunity for your organization to bolster bothrecruitment and marketing. By sponsoring Alpha Epsilon Zeta Fraternity, your organization has theopportunity to collect resumes at our events and perform marketing through logo placement on our fliers,event marketing, and product demonstrations during the forum. Alpha Epsilon Zeta Fraternity will contact you one month prior to the start of the event regarding marketing opportunities for the forum. As AEZ is very flexible about any demonstrations or personal marketing thatyour organization would like to do, please do not hesitate to propose new ideas to enrich our event.

Internal meetings

The brothers of AEZ convene every Thursday evening from 8pm-10pm at the Haas Business School. Anintimate educational environment is promoted at our weekly meetings during which brothers share creativeinsights into various economic sectors and facilitate personal professional development. Throughout themeeting, individual brothers coordinate workshops and lead group activities as modes for demonstrating andreinforcing the high standard of professionalism upheld by AEZ. The subject areas that our workshops havebeen revolved around include real estate investment, the U.S. healthcare crisis, and international developmentissues.Sponsoring AEZ will enable your organization to become a firmly integrated component of the vibrantintellectual culture permeating our internal meetings. Representatives of your organization are welcome tojoin the brothers at our internal meetings and participate in the free-flowing exchange of industrial knowledgefostered by AEZ. Most importantly, the meetings function as an ideal medium through which personalconnections between your organization and the individual brothers can be forged and developed. Sponsorrepresentatives will have the opportunity to recruit at our meetings and deliver detailed, in depthpresentations about their company. Product demonstrations and brochure distributions are also highly encouraged.Our meetings are structured around a dense and rigorous agenda, so it is imperative that your organizationcontacts us at least 3 weeks prior to a recruitment or informational session. AEZ is more than willing toallocate all the time and resources needed to conduct a successful session that mutually benefits bothorganizations.
