Problem of the Week 4/04/11 – 4/11/11

Run By Jack Hamilton

Pancakes

Jordan was making pancakes for his family of four. He made more than two for

his youngest; double that for the middle child, and an additional three for the

oldest. The amount he made for the oldest was triple that he made for the

youngest. The oldest was not Patty, the youngest was not Logan, and the

middle child was not Amanda. Logan got less pancakes than Amanda did. Who

was who, and what portions did they get?

Hint on back. If you solved this, write the answer or a diagram on the back in a box.

Mr. Kirstein’s Entire Advisory was last week’s winners.
