I have attempted to talk with someone there with no sucess. I had spoke with Travis last week in regard to re-doing my mortgage to5.125 @15 years gave him a credit card # and someone was to call back to do a application on the phone.No one ever called. all I get calling is transferes to nowhere and told by a recording to call back later. I HAVE CANCELED THE CARD FOR A CHARGE AND WILL PERSUE GETING A NEW MORTGAGE ELSEWHERE. THANKS BUT NOTHANKS T.HOOPER
