In order to be successful you need to develop a philosophy.The reason it is important to develop a philosophy it gives you aclear cut direction in what you want from your offensive line.Therefore, it is imperative as a coach you develop and have aclear cut view of your philosophy, which will help you becomea better coach/teacher.
