United Community Bank, as one of the participants in this scam, utilized these fraudulent investments to falsely inflate its assets and stock. These type of scams were directly "structured" by the highest officers of UCB. Ron Mayhew, 706 889 4399. I am involved in lawsuits in Gwinnett County Georgia in which these relavent matters are soon going to trial v UCB. UCB has a track record of accusing its victims of the very crimes that the bank itself is perpetrating, as further evidenced by Jimmy Tallents accusations against the investors of Village of Penland.
