1 lb Bag of Frozen Salmon
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 ½ T soy sauce
3 T olive oil
½ crushed garlic
Directions…
Mix last four ingredients in small container. Place Salmon in large
zippered bag. Pour 4 T of marinade mixture over salmon.
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375. Wrap salmon pieces in foil,
cover with sauce from zipper bag and seal foil. Place foil packets in
glass baking dish. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
