started out as a personal project. Well over 130kgs and going strong,my weight was rapidly reaching the point of no return. I knew I had to take matters into myown hands. I had to find a solution, and soon.Anyone who has struggled with obesity will tell you… searching for the answer topermanent weight loss is like crossing a mine field. To get to the truth, you need to bypassall kinds of lies and misconceptions. I tripped over quite a few mines myself; but in the end, Imanaged to lose the weight and keep it off.Eager to share practical tips and valuable findings, I decided to take the next step andcreate a guide —a road map of sorts.
The Experiment 
draws from personal experience, andborrows from a wide range of sources and testimonials, to help you spot misinformation andavoid common pitfalls. If a healthy and well-balanced life is your destination, then this guidewill point you in the right direction.Permanent weight loss is attainable, and within your control. You don’t need to be anutritionist or health expert. All it takes is awareness, motivation and some basic knowledgeon how your body works. If I could do it, so can you!
