To help us check everyone's tenancy we have employed a firm called CPC Ltd. CPC Ltd is a specialist company that carries out tenancy checks for local authorities We have asked CPC to work during the day and outside normal office hours. This means a CPC Officer may call at your home during the day; in the evening or at the weekend. CPC Officers will ask for information that helps Us confirm we are speaking to the correct person. In addition, CPC Officers may ask for additional household information. This information will help us to improve our services to residents. PC Officers will be working on behalf of the council. Every officer will have an identity badge clearly identifying them as CPC staff. In addition, CPC Officers will have a letter of authority from Hammersmith and Fulham Coureil with the staff member's picture.
