W.H. Bowart wrote two editions of the book "Operation Mind Control" - one in 1978, and the other in 1994.

However the 2nd edition was purchased off the pallet by the US government before it ever hit the bookstores. There was someting in the book that was desperately wanted to be kept out of the public light.

Event the first edition is extremely rare.

Walter Bowart lives in Tucson, Arizona,with his wife and three children.
