Dear Sir / Madame,

On the 30th of March this year, I signed an agreement online to search for a loan that
will help me in my finances.

Today, I want to cancel the agreement. I hereby exercise my right to cancel the
agreement under the 14 day cooling off provisions of the consumer Protection Act
2002 and ask that the money that been debited from my bank account be returned to
me. The reason of cancelling my application is that upon reviewing the lenders
provided in my personal account, they are not the one I’m looking to as not suitable
under my circumstances as the loans offered either needs a guarantor to back my
application which I don’t have, I must have a good credit history which at the moment
I’m afraid to say It’s not so good, and prepaid cards which I don’t need at the
moment.
