The image of the hall and its residentsdepends on how the resident assis-tants decide to run things. Full of wis-dom and loyalty, they always comethrough for their hall directors andthe students living there.There is so much to take intoaccount when dealing with so manystudents. With the various interactionsand daily situations that arise, any-
thing can happen on the oors of this
residence hall.
Their Duties...
When Resident Assistantstake the job they have theytake on all the ups and downsthat come with it. They can beon-call all day, they can haverowdy residents, they sit hoursat the front desk, and theymake sure the building remianssafe.With all this to do theyalso have the task of being fulltime students and dealing withtheir own lives and schedules.Residents showing a little appreciation to the deskclerk.Isn’t it beautiful?

-ing to borrow something, needingadvice, needing a freind to talk to,and wanting to just get involved oncampus.All of these problems getsolved if you just go talk to one of the RAs. They’re there to help, andthat is exactly what they do.
