It is rare that you will need to have different page orientations in Word, but you may need it once in a blue moon.
Here’s how to do it using Office Word 2007 (similar, though, in older versions).
Starting off with your document, place your cursor in between the relevant pages – in this case between the Page One
and Page Two text:
Go to the Page Layout tab, select Breaks, and then select Next Page from the drop down menu.

This will insert a section page break, pushing content to the new page:

Ensure that the cursor is on page two and select Page Layout > Orientation > Landscape:
