Conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) on an ongoing basis, with resultsreleasedquarterly,the “IAB Internet Advertising Revenue Report”was initiated by theInteractiveAdvertising Bureau (IAB) in 1996.This report utilizes data and informationreporteddirectly to PwC, publicly available online corporate data and informationprovided by online ad selling companies.The resultsreported are considered the most accurate measurement of Internet/onlineadvertising revenuesbecause the data is compiled directly from information supplied by companies sellingadvertising online. All-inclusive,the report includes data reflectingonline advertising revenuesfrom Web sites, commercial online services, ad networksande-mail providers, as well as other companies sellingonline advertising.The report is conducted independently by PwC on behalf of the IAB. PwC does not auditthe information and provides no opinion or other form of assurance with respect to theinformation. Only aggregate resultsare published and individual company information isheld in strict confidence with PwC. Further detailsregarding scope and methodology areprovided in the appendix to this report.
