The following are the guidelines to which we ask all exhibitors to adhere. Anyquestions regarding these guidelines should be directed to Megan Brogna at(215) 321-8602.
Please ﬁll out the Exhibitor Registration Form completely and legibly. There are alimited amount of tables available. Tables are non-refundable, and will be reservedupon receipt of this form and a check on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-serve basis.
Each exhibitor will receive one, 6’ exhibit table and two chairs. Specialarrangements may be made for additional space on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-serve basis.
Non-refundable cost per table: $30 for non-YBA members and $15 for members.
Exhibitors will be allowed to set up on Saturday from 1:00 to 1:45.
All exhibitorsmust be completely set up no later than 1:45.
The Showcase hours of operation are from 2:00 to 5:00. All exhibit tables must bemanned at all times during the showcase hours.
We are unable to assist exhibitors with load-in. Exhibitors must provide their ownhand trucks and dollies if needed.
After load-in, exhibitor vehicles must be relocated to available parking.
No ﬂyers or advertising materials may be distributed away from the exhibitor’sassigned table or placed upon automobiles in the parking lot.
We appreciate your cooperation in removing all literature, decorations, etc. by 6:00PM. There will be ample receptacles to dispose of trash.
The Yardley Business Association and the Yardley Community Center are notresponsible for any missing or damaged merchandise or exhibits.
