D-118HOME ENERGY SAVINGS PROGRAMPURPOSE:Service under this tariff is intended to maximize the efficientutilization of the electricity requirements of new and existing loads in new andexisting residences including manufactured housing and multi-family dwellings.Program services and incentives are subject to funding availability.APPLICABILITY:To new and existing residential customers in all territory served by theCompany in the state of California billed on Schedules D, DL-6, DS-8, DM-9 orNEM-35. Landlords who own rental properties served by the company in the stateof California where the tenant is billed on Schedules D, DL-6, DS-8, DM-9, orNEM-35 also qualify for this program.CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION:Customer participation is voluntary and is initiated by following theparticipation procedures listed on the program web site.DESCRIPTION:On-going program

Home Energy Savingsincentive program will be delivered by a Program Administrator and periodicchanges will be made to insure or enhance program cost effectiveness as definedby the Company.QUALIFYING EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES:Equipment or services for residential dwellings, which when correctlyinstalled or performed, result in verifiable electric energy usage reductionswhere such usage is compared to the existing equipment or baseline equipment asdetermined by the Company.PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR:
 
Qualified person or entity hired by the Company to administer thisprogram.PROVISIONS OF SERVICE
:

Qualifying Equipment or Services, incentive amounts, and participationprocedures will be listed on the program Web site.2.
 
Incentive delivery may vary by technology and may include any or all ofthe following: post-purchase mail-in, point-of-purchase buy-down,manufacturer buy-down or pre-purchase offer and approval.3.
 
Incentives may be offered year-round or for selected time periods.4.
 
Incentive offer availability, incentive levels and Qualifying Equipmentor Services may be changed by the Program Administrator afterconsultation with the Company to reflect changing codes and standards,sales volumes, quality assurance data or to enhance program costeffectiveness.(Continued)
