His Profound Eyes
Black, jet black was the colour with a little tint of dark  brown. As I began to search more and more I kept ondrowning and drowning in the mesmerising maze, I wantedto reach to the core of those eyes but somehow I was lost in between my goal. The curtain of his lashes which wereready to fall and take me out of the labyrinth where I wasstuck gave an innocent touch to his eyes. But innocentcould not be the right word because the way he looked atme, it looked like he was splitting my veil into shreds. Themischief which was present in his eyes held my breath. His penetrating gaze disturbed my tranquility and it seemed asif my very presence will be decomposed within thatmoment. I tried to break away from this connection of ours but somehow I could not look away because the force withwhich his eyes held mine was so compelling that it was beyond my power so I gave up. The fluttering of my heartwas the only thing which informed me that those black eyesare the reason behind my existence. I was born to search, toknow, to see in those eyes. The world surrounding me heldno more interest as the eyes which I love more than myown self desired my attention. Our gaze was broken apart because of some trivial reason, but it left behind a crucial memory in its own way. My eyescould not forget those eyes in a hundred thousand years andthe feeling which was present when I looked in them is stillwith me. I have not seen him today but his profound eyes
