against one target. Plus you have to get it up close, and Nanami
doesn't have the hardiest frame

at the night sky. Certainly not a place where ceremonial or even
just official meetings would be held. The shrubbery isn’t even
maintained, and there’s no guardsmen in sight. This is a meeting
someone wants to keep secret.

It’s said in the lands…more barbaric times these served as
defensible locations with archers lined upstairs. That was back
when Hyuga was just a tribe of dirt poor fishermen.
