 1-1/4 cana de tarate de ovaz, negatite1 cana de faina de grau integrala2 lingurite scortisoara1 lingurita pudra de copt3/4 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu1/2 lingurita sare3/4 cana sos de mere neindulcit1 cana mere curatate si feliate1/2 cana miere1/2 cana ulei vegetal1 ou1 lingurita de extract de vanilie pur
 Instructiuni
Incalziti cuptorul la 375 (Celsius).Puneti ulei vegetal in 12 cani de marime medie. Intr-un castron mediu,puneti cerealele de ovaz, faina, scortisoara, bicarbonatul, pudra de copt

Lasati 15-20 de minute la copt,pana capata o culoare aurie inchisa. Intr-o tigaie mica, puneti laptele, sucul de mere, ovazul, merisoarele,marul feliat si scortisoara. Puneti la fiert. Acoperiti tigaia sa reduceti
