Pinewood Derby & Spaghetti Dinner
– On Wednesday May 11

at7 PM, our Cadets Club will host a Pinewood Derby Race at church.Anyone interested in joining them to construct a new car or race anold car that night should see Ted Himebook for a kit. The entirechurch is invited to attend a spaghetti dinner served by Cedar Youththat night, followed by this exciting “first ever” race.
OPC Marriage Conference
– Harvest OPC will host “Marriage asBold Adventure” on Friday April 29

(7 – 9 PM) and Saturday April30

(8:30 AM – 12:30 PM). This year, we welcome Dr. Dan Zink,a marriage and family counselor at Covenant Theological Seminaryin St. Louis. The cost of the conference is $25/couple and $15/person(save $5 if you register by April 22). Pick up a form in the churchfoyer or register atwww.harvestopc.org.

Parents Night Out
– On Saturday, May 7
th
from 2:30 PM to 6:30PM, the Cedar Church Senior High will provide childcare for allthe little children of Cedar Church and any children of friends of Cedar members here at Hudsonville Christian Elementary School.All donations will help finance their mission trip to NavajoMinistries in Farmington, New Mexico in July. A kid friendlysupper of hot dogs, mac-n-cheese and fruit will be provided. PleaseRSVP with Lynn Igo to let us know how many kids you'd like tobring.
Road Rally & Scavenger Hunt
– Please reserve Saturday, May14 at 6:30 PM for an all church (school age and up) road rally &scavenger hunt. A nursery will be provided for younger children.Please sign up on the bulletin board in the front entry. We willneed to know how many are coming, their ages, and if you arelevel-headed enough to be a driver for this competitive event! Young Adult Summer Camping Weekend
– On June 10-12,post-high young adults (& graduating seniors) from across thepresbytery are invited to a weekend campout on the back dunesand hardwood forest of Muskegon State Park in WesternMichigan. Pastor Bob Van Manen (Cedar OPC) will join thecampers, leading them in Bible Study, and prayer time. LittleFarms OPC will host the young adults for the closing worshipservice and fellowship meal at their church in Coopersville onSunday morning. Cost of the trip is $25/participant. Ottawa County Jail Ministry –
On Sunday, May 22, CedarChurch will host chapel service at the Ottawa County Jail from1:45 PM - 3:00 PM. Men must be 17 or older and have nomisdemeanor on record for 5 years or no felony on record for 10years. Please see Pastor Steve if you would like to attend.
