    To the Presidency of the Republic of BH [Bosnia-Herzegovina], BH OS / Armed Forces/ Main Staff, UNPROFOR, national, European and international media In the last few days, there has been increasing shelling from the territory of the so-called Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Perucac hydro-electrical power plant near Bajina Basta and the Tara mountain of the following villages in the Srebrenica municipality which have not been set on fire: Osata, Radjanovici, Djurdjevac, Gladovici, Besirovici and Poljaci. A few days ago, the army of the SR / Federal Republic / of Yugoslavia concentrated around the Perucac dam 11 tanks, two troop carriers, howitzers, guns of various calibres, Pragas and other infantry weapons using them to kill innocent people and destroy their villages. Even larger concentrations of troops were seen and the troops in question are probably the Uzice and Valjevo Corps [of the Yugoslav Army]. To date, in the last two months, 30 people have been killed, including 12 children, in the area. About 70 people have been wounded. Hundreds of facilities have been destroyed, all religious and school facilities have been almost entirely destroyed. Not a single residential building is undamaged and what is worse is that people cannot survive in the camps or the woods. With the excuse that the hydro-alectric power plant is being secured against the Green Berets, the Yugoslav military hordes shell this area daily. The population of this area has been left to these criminals as game to be hunted down. Since all of this is being done from the territory of another state, we therefore ask the above-mentioned organs and especiallyl UNPROFOR and the European and international media to come and see for themselves. The enemy is mercilessly shelling other parts of the municipality, in the first place the Suceska and Potocari area. In spite the ban on the use of the air force, the enemy bombarded the Konjevic Polje area on 6 and 7 November and the village of Pale near Potocari on 9 November.
