This activity constitutes a violation of the following Section(s) of the Zoning Regulations of the Town ef Madison: 2.1, 5.1, 5.2, 9, and Book IIL Therefore, you ase hereby ordered to CEASE AND DESIST from the preceding violation, and you must do so immediately on the receipt of this order, per Connecticut General Statutes Section 8-12. Additionally, the site must be stabilized and remediated in accordance with Sections 9.3.2 and 9.3.3 and Book III of the Regulations. Stabilization and remediation shall be completed by June 15, 2011.
