Just a random collection of poems I've written. Feel free to comment on them positive or negative (I'm open to both). I've also got quite a few more to upload if you want to read them.

Circular Narrative
Crawling through our own blindnessDrinking the tears of our creationWe come running at the first glimpse of MosesTo cross the river of realisationBut when its time to pass the staff around No one's willing to hold itSlowly building our chains and prison cellsChasing away thoughts of freedom Needing to be paintedWith the blood of ChristThe only way to save usOne sacrifice at a time
Little Sunset
Little sunsetOn the palm of my handSlowly unblooming like a flower Into faded colour Rays of lightLeaping out into infinite darknessWarm and quietDying in the cradle of my handsGoodbye little sunset
Tick Tock
I hate to watch the clock Tick-tocking awayBut it's all I ever look atWaiting for that exact timeWhen the clock stopsFor a little longer than usualAnd looks down and says"It could have been differentBut you had to let it go"

The Day The Sun Forgot To Rise
I was sitting on the porchAmongst the unbloomed flowersThe day the sun forgot to riseThe ghost of my love walked inShe glistened in the absenceLike a dark, black holeOh, What wouldn't I doFor just one of thoe smiles she took from meOr just a sparkle in the eyeSo on the porch I await the returnBecause the sun won't riseWithout her
Hand of God
Reaching out into cold and stillnessExpanding into the mouldEach wriggle of the finger A warm, gentle explosionEvery shadow on the palmA cozy, lonesome voidDots on the dark Lightyears away that can be touchedReach out into the tips of the fingersCreation is the death of truth

Faraway
It's slowing downAs I wait for the trainIt's slowing downAs my thoughts come up againEverythings slowing downAs the sky breaks into rainThe whole world is slowing downAs I close my eyes once againTo get awayTo get awayTo get farawayFrom this monotone placeLet me drown in the colour Let me fall into the skyAs long as I can get faraway from here
Guy Fawkes
OutsideThe trees are bakingThe sun is being outshinedAll skeletons are visibleWe are evolving to a more primitive speciesOne better adaptedTo walk on a flat earth
