Sickness Level 90 + is a term Gettysburg College students used to describe people, places and things that were exceptionally sick in the frat bro vernacular and has dual meaning in the feature film length dark comedy that bears its name. In a figurative sense, the story's protagonist; super senior Tommy Cicero, is very sick. He has a book in his college's creative writing curriculum, a desert dry wit and several breathtakingly beautiful companions of the opposite sex. A manic-depressive privy to smoking weed and taking his Lithium sporadically however, he can also be extremely sick in the literal sense and the narrative portrays both sides of Tommy's sickness as he attempts to secure romantic fulfillment and his college degree while battling potent obstacles both external and from within.
