Routeshout was created in Deeplocal’s Innovation Studio based on a pilot project with the Port Authority of
Allegheny County in Pennsylvania.

How  does  it  work?

For GPS enabled phones, Routeshout displays the closest bus stops for riders. After selecting a stop, the bus
arrival times for the next two hours are displayed. These applications can be access at www.m.routeshout.com
for mobile web browsers or by downloaded the Routeshout app on iPhone and Android. RouteShout is also
as Routeshout SMS. For SMS riders text, a bus stop key word to 25252 for upcoming arrival times for that
stop. Text “Demo” to 25252 for a demo message.

Yes, there is a subscription based alerts system controlled by the transit agency. Alerts can be sent to all riders
