Proposal to change Bylaw 700, 800, and 900

which includes the Championship Program
Structure with the corresponding financial
contributions

IIHF Council Proposals to implement the new Bylaws

700, 800, and 900 if approved by Congress
a) Moratorium on enforcing existing minimum standards to teams which have participated
in a 2009/2010 IIHF Championship until the conclusion of the season 2012/2013.

b) New teams entered as of season 2010/2011 must fulfill minimum standards.

c) Enforcement of existing minimum standards to all teams as of season 2013/2014.
