This is the version that my family has been making for many years.Enjoy this recipe!The Ricotta Pie will be baked in a 350 degree fahrenheit oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.These are the ingredients... 1-1/2-pounds Ricotta Cheese.. 1/4-cup all purpose flour.. 2-tablespoons orange zest.. 2-tablespoons lemon zest.. 1-tablespoon vanilla extract.. 1/8th teaspoon salt.. Mix all the above ingredients and set aside... In another bowl beat 4 eggs plus 1-cup of sugar until smooth... Add the egg and the sugar mixture to the above ingredients that you set to the side...Stir until all incorporated.. Pour into pie shell and place lattice strips on the top.. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 50 to 60 minutes until golden.. Let cool on rack...Just before serving sprinkle confectioners sugar on the top!Enjoy this recipe! God Bless Ricotta Pie!
