Schedule general staff meetings in every 3 months and department wise staff meetings in every month. Include this as an obligatory responsibility of generalmanager and respective department managers.2.

Staff meeting preparation: Confirm the time and location of the meeting with allparticipants. Distribute agenda sheets to all staff members one week before themeeting. Two days prior to the meeting, collect the agenda sheets from everyoneand prepare a masters agenda. One day prior to the meeting, give all staff membersa copy of master agenda, even if they will not be attending.
