SNICKERS® ICE CREAM TWITTER SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR

CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT NOON (ET) AND ENDS
AT 2:59:59PM (ET) ON APRIL 28, 2011 (“ENTRY PERIOD”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: The Judge/Administrator (defined below) will post, via the
SNICKERS® Ice Cream Twitter handle, a Tweet announcing the Sweepstakes
(the “Sweepstakes Tweet”) at approximately 10:00:00AM ET on 04/28/11. To
enter, retweet the Sweepstakes Tweet during the Entry Period. (A Twitter
account is needed to enter. You may obtain a Twitter account at no cost at
www.twitter.com.) Each retweet will constitute one (1) entry. ENTRY LIMIT : one
(1) entry per person. If you access Twitter and/or send and receive tweets via a
mobile device, standard messaging and rates apply. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE
RECEIVED BY 2:59:59 PM (ET) ON 04/28/11. No illegible, incomplete, forged
or altered entries will be accepted. Each entrant may use only one (1) Twitter
account to participate in this Sweepstakes and the same Twitter account may
not be used by more than one (1) entrant. Each entry will be deemed to have
been submitted by the natural person assigned the Twitter account associated
with the entry. If any entrant uses more than one Twitter account to enter or if
more than one entrant uses the same Twitter account to enter, Sponsor reserves
the right to disqualify all entries associated with the entrant(s) and Twitter
account(s) involved and to declare all prize(s) associated with such entries
forfeited. Participation is subject to terms and conditions associated with use of a
Twitter account and the Twitter websites. All entries become the exclusive
property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected from all eligible entries

received in a random drawing to be held approximately 04/28/11 Drawing will
be conducted by the Judge, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to
this Sweepstakes. Each winner will be notified, via Twitter Message at the
Twitter account used to enter, approximately 3 days after the end of the Entry
Period.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: Ten (10) Prizes: a package of SNICKERS® Ice Cream
Bars (6 bars per package). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5.50 each. Total
ARV of all prizes: $50.50. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible
entries received. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of
eligible entries). PRIZE LIMIT : one (1) prize per entrant. Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or
transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not
responsible for prize utility or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the
responsibility solely of winners.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 48

contiguous United States & District of Columbia, age of majority or older as of

04/28/2011, except employees (and their immediate families and members of
the same household) of Sponsor and the Judge and their respective affiliates,
agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each winner must

respond to the winner notification Twitter Message (“Winner Notification”) by
sending a Twitter Message containing all of the requested information back to
the SNICKERS® Ice Cream Twitter handle within three (3) business days after
the date of the Winner Notification. Each winner may be required to sign an
affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity
release. Any prize may be awarded to alternate winner if Winner Notification or
prize is returned as undeliverable, if entrant does not respond to Winner
Notification within three (3) days after the date of such Winner Notification or if
affidavit/release (if any) is not returned within ten (10) days after sending to
winner. Each winner agrees to use of his/her name, address, likeness and/or
prize information by or on behalf of Sponsor for promotional purposes in any
medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. territories and
possessions, outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by
law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of
Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this
Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the
United States of America. Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for late, lost,
stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed or misdirected entries or
communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or
delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether
arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer
hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data
corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry
materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for
electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of
active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail or
Twitter account to receive messages or for any action or inaction of Twitter,
Inc., including but not limited to any action or inaction that affects the
administration or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The use of automated
software or computer programs to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited
and any individual who uses, attempts to use or Sponsor suspects (in its sole
discretion) of using such methods to participate will be disqualified. Sponsor
disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from
participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with,
this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify,
cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason,
including but not limited to any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized
human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control that affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension,
a notice will be posted on the Twitter page associated with the Sweepstakes
Tweet and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect
entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her Sweepstakes entries)

from this Sweepstakes (or any other promotion conducted now or in the future
by Sponsor or any of its affiliates) if he/she tampers with the entry process or if
his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors
reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional
materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the
conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of
the Judge and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this
Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, Twitter,
Inc. and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including
without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all
liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding,
receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related
activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT
BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM
ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
