rsand/or'I'heOhioStateUniversityatsomepointintime.1h08eitemsincludeBigTenChampionshiprings,trophiesandOSUuniforms.Mr.Rifeclaimstheseitemswereprovidedtohimasgiftsand/orpurchasedfromcertainplayers,whomhehasmetthroughhisTattooShop.'ThereisnoallegationthatanyoftheseplayerswereinvolvedinorhadknowledgeofMr.Rife'sdrugtraffickingactivities.However,beforeseizingtheseitems,wewanttomakecertainthatneitherTheOhioStateUniversitynortheplayersinvolvedclaimanyownershipinterestintheitemsbeingseized.
